The room was clean with a beautiful view of the mountains and the pool. The host was super nice. He gave us rides to the park and back.

Very helpful receptionist Lily, a good English speaker, very friendly and purchase on our behalf all entrance tickets to the scenery sites in the area, as well as helping us with transport facilities. The room was very big with nice view.

Beautiful hotel located at a small village,great location close to the entrance of national park,no queue up to Avatar mountain.you can enjoying sunrise at the room. Big clean room with soft and comfortable mattress,high speed WiFi,Nice breakfast with good coffee We wanted to find a hotel in a natural setting,away from the noisy tourist area but still close the park,this is the best choice. The environment is very good, the scenery is beautiful, the room space is large, the lighting is good, the facilities are complete, the butler service is very good, the local specialty breakfast is also great, there is free parking, and travel is also very convenient. Highly recommended

Very cozy and calm environment. Super friendly personnel. Rain helped us a lot with all tickets to National Park and transfer. We felt like home. The rooms and the place of the hotel is great! Very luxury experience. Our highlight is the cinema is the room😀👍 The breakfast was also nice.

It's actually a large resort consisting of standalone villas. The property is very spacious, and I really love it here — it's quiet and completely free from disturbances.

Quite impressed. Grounds pleasantly restorative - ideal for unwinding. Facilities notably modern (surprisingly so), everything in working order. Staff discreet yet attentive when required. Airport shuttle proved useful. Post-sightseeing strolls: tranquil, with several agreeable resident creatures about. Pool area particularly commendable - sizeable and well-maintained. Wouldn't hesitate to return. Jolly good all round.

They are not only delicious but also very generous in size — honestly, I could easily split them into two meals. Everything was fresh and nicely presented, which made mornings an absolute pleasure. The staff is another highlight of this hotel. Everyone we met was polite, welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed. And I have to give a HUGE thank you to Winnie. She was our hero during the entire trip — patiently answering all our endless questions, helping us plan routes, and even staying available 24/7 when we needed advice. She even provided us with beautifully designed maps that were so clear and detailed, other travelers asked us where we had gotten them. With Winnie’s support, we never felt lost or uncomfortable for even a moment. The rooms were spacious, clean, and cozy, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. After a long day of exploring, it was a joy to return to such a calm and well-kept space. I also appreciated the little touches — from thoughtful amenities to the warm hospitality that made the hotel feel more personal than many larger, chain properties. If you’re looking for a place that combines excellent service, stunning surroundings, and true relaxation, this hotel is the perfect choice. I left with only the best impressions and would love to come back again.

It is an amazing hotel, with free shuttle bus which can pick up and drop off at Tianmen Mount, railway station as well as local airport. The breakfast offers a variety of choices, some of which were quite international. A big swimming pool is free of charge for all guests. The staff communicated with me in English, which is awesome for overseas travellers. Honestly, I had a better experience than in other Hilton hotels previously. Highly recommended!
