The service is impeccable, the food is incredible, the room was very clean and spacious and the bed was terribly comfortable. All in all very happy with this stay. No problems with noise or any of the usual issues one can experience in hotels. It had been quite a while since I saw such a good breakfast too ; many choices of high quality food. The kitchen staff is amazing. I browsed through older reviews and it seems like the hotel took criticisms seriously as I typically couldn't relate to them.

The best hotel and memory during our honey moon. We are amazed 100%. 1. Such Hospitality experience during our stay, thanks to owners and their people. 2. Great amount of art work used to decocate this exquisite hotel. One can expect four season's standard, but at a different price 3. Lovely food and breakfast included in our package. Besides, we found it easy to arrange a taxi and get around or book tour with the hotel. Before arriving here, we were in some concern but turns out to be not a problem at all.

The location is perfect, the staff extremely nice, the cozy lobby, and many amenities. The room is perfect for long stays, comfortable, and large enough for a 4-member family. The Wi-Fi is good, there are many restaurants around Parque de la 93, and you can walk around the area, which seems very secure. The staff makes you feel at home and knows you by name on the first day. Breakfast is early enough for flights and early risers and very complete.

    staff was very friendly . The hotel connects from the lobby to a shopping center which is very practical. very well located , transportation is easy. the mattress was not so good on the more used side, so I switched sides. Breakfast was very good but if you come after 9 am, the tables already used are not ‘refreshed’ no cups, napkins, spoons you have to ask for everything, not a big issue but unexpected in a 5 stars hotel
