This is a truly impressive, brand-new hotel. The design is modern, high-end, and everything feels fresh and well thought out. After reading 900+ reviews, we decided to book. Amazing property located right in the middle of everything. All staff were always courteous with a big smile and whiling to help at all times. Breakfast was hearty full of good options and fresh squeeze orange juice. Delicious coffee is served as well. Decoration all over the hotel it’s just amazing, we love it. L’Occitane products in the bathroom were a must. In-house Abbiocco restaurant was the best we had in Medellín. High speed internet overpasses 250MB and an Epson home cinema in-room that features Roku, Netflix, and many others. A white noise box available so you won’t hear most of caos from outside. As requested, a coffee machine was available, not an espresso but a local brand: Juan Valdez. Fresh filtered water in room avoiding plastic bottles. Free snacks and soft drinks at the minibar.
