Beautyful hotel in a historic building. The location is convenient for access by car (the hotel offers valet parking in a nearby garage) and it takes only a 5 minute walk to the main attractions of Karlovy Vary. Clean and well appointed room, excellent breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. Me and my wife had both a 60 min thai massage, which was very good and very welcome after a round of golf. Special thanks to the staff at the reception, who went of of their way and delivered a garment bag, that I forgot at the reception during checkout, to another nearby hotel, where a friend of mine was staying.

The hotel is situated above the city in a peaceful environment. The building is very well kept and quite impressive. The staff is incredibly kind and polite. The check in was quick and efficient, so was the check out. There was a nice pool to swim in, the room was large and clean, with the bed super comfy. The view from the balcony was spectacular. The excellent extra bonus was the free bus and furnicular ticket provided at check in which enables you to go down to the city and avoid the steep hill. The city itself is absolutely stunning. All in all it was a superb weekend stay.

The suite was amazing, comfortable beds, big bathrooms, very nice old style. Well-equipped fitness room, friendly Thai masseuse, pets friendly, nice spa area. Everything was connected by tunnels, so no need to walk outside at all.
