Everything was perfect and would recommend for everybody. Good location (tram, underground and centre also within 5mins walk). Young helpful and nice staff. The apattment looks exactly as on the photos. Modern, comfortable and clean. The food in the partner hotel was amazing delicious. We enjoyed the time there and gonna come back again.

From entrance and help of the bell, to the morning greetings of the restaurant seeter - staff is above expected friendly, true and honest. Help is everywhere and service is top of the class. We went out one night for dinner and as we came home with our 4 year old, need and curtains was done to tug him in. Both kids 4 and 10 can be a bit noisy and yet they were welcomed and supported with pencil and drawings and a friendly tone. Very very recommendable.

Everything is absolutely perfect at Grand Mark Prague. The service level and kindness from all employees are extraordinary (From Martin in F&B, to the amazing ladies at the front desk, the crew in the spa, to the doormen Bilal and his other colleagues); everybody goes beyond their jobdescription to make sure you are satisfied, so thank you so much. The rooms are pleasant and extremely clean, the meeting room (suites) are perfect and the service level is great! We have stayed here before, and we will come back - for both business and pleasure! Location couldnt be better either. Top class hotel and staff!

Its a classic hotel. I have been many year ago in this hotel and still they have the same level. You feel that it’s a good 5* hotel. The breakfast was amazing the food, the coffee also i might say in the breakfast there were an amazing waitress (Adele) who were always very polite and helpful. Thank you Art Deco Imperial for this amazing stay .

I loved the hotel. It was an excellent choice. Its location is fantastic, right in front of the train station, which was very comfortable especially for me, who was traveling alone. It is located a few minutes walk from the Staroměstské náměstí and several places of interest. The reception staff is very friendly. The room was very cozy and spacious. The hotel has a very complete gym. The breakfast is exceptional, as is the staff who serve it who are attentive to all the needs of the guests. It was a great experience.

    The hotel is amazing, starting from their reception and welcome to their farewell. The view is unbelievable; it's amazing. The reception staff are very respectful and nice, especially Musa and the girls; unfortunately, I can't remember their names. I would also like to thank, in particular, Yuriy trainee, who helped us a lot at the time of departure. The hotel deserves more than 5 stars!
