Such a beautiful hotel surrounding mountains and beautiful view at our room terrace. it was our 2nd visit to this hotel. Kempinski staffs are all very well trained and very professional. Breakfast are wide selections and good. Even though we got tired of eating the same selections of breakfast for 4 days.

The combination af surroundings, facilities, service and quality will be a hard match anywhere. However, my bet is that you will be even harder pressed to find a match to the ever present host Peter, no matter where you look. He and his crew takes such great pride in your stay being perfect, in a way I have not met anywhere else. The perfect combination of personnal and professional. My only hesitation when recommending Alpenglühn, is the fact that I would like to keep it a secret, to make sure there will still be room for me…

The interior was warm, cozy, and very clean and tidy, with all kinds of supplies fully provided. The decoration and furnishings were beautiful and welcoming. From inside, you could enjoy views of the snow-capped mountains, or step outside and sit to admire them. This trip was truly relaxing. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming — they even drove us to scenic spots and to the train station, and thoughtfully introduced us to local attractions and nearby activities. We joined the local Oktoberfest, which was lively and fun. Their hospitality was truly touching and unforgettable. Next winter, when I come back to see the snow, I will definitely return to this house. It was simply perfect！

This is by far the best place I’ve ever stayed. Everything was top-notch—from the immaculate, beautifully designed apartment to the cozy atmosphere and breathtaking views from the balcony. The kitchen and bathroom were equipped with high-quality appliances that made using them a genuine pleasure. The attention to detail throughout the space was remarkable. Most memorable of all were our hosts: warm, genuine, and incredibly passionate about sharing their hometown. Their enthusiasm was infectious and made the stay feel truly special. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone. It was serene, beautifully crafted, and full of heart.

    In a word, everything! The place is beautiful! The views are to die for! The spa and pool is fantastic! But most of all the staff is unbelievable!!! Every single member of staff we encountered was amazing. Always smiling and ready to help with any and everything. A sense of humor and familiarity but always with the utmost respect. A proper 5 star experience and we can’t wait to go back!
