The check in team could not have been more sympathetic or helpful. Due to a cancelled flight in Lyon I was forced to drive to Frankfurt for 6 hours and was exhausted and also needed to find parking for 3 weeks while I travelled. The entire team was so helpful with a wonderful room and most importantly providing a very kind resolution to a 3 week parking space at a fair price. The service was EXCEPTIONAL and I will always stay at the Marriot in Frankfurt from this day forward.

This was the best ever weekendtrip thanks to the super friendly and extraordinary helpful Marriot team. Big, big compliments to all of them. We just had a regular room with a little flower arrangement, for my fiance, and parking booked and were treated like king and queen. Parking right in front of the hotel, bell boys helpful with parking and baggage, early check in, that we asked for on arrival, at 13:00 instead of 16:00. On top of that they gave us a treat in the M lounge....free coffee, tea and goodies for the waiting time till the room was ready. Room clean and tidy! Breakfast was excellent. So was the waitress and the gentleman that checked the roomnumbers. Always friendly and fulfilling our wishes before we mentioned them. We were really sorry that we had to leave after one night.

Excellent location in the city, the room and breakfast were excellent. The Robe and slippers were a really nice touch. At Breakfast being able to get a freshly done Omlet was the topper on an excellent service and superb staff. I was able to get a taxi to the airport easily as a few were waiting outside the hotel.

The 5-Star Superior Sofitel Frankfurt Opera is in a prime location at the landmark Opera Square. Goethestrasse, the famous shopping and entertainment area, is a short walk away.
