We arrived quite early in Berlin but they let us check in and even upgraded our room! And once we got back to the hotel from outside, there was wine for me since it was my birthday. I didn't expect that and it made me so happy. The hotel was new and clean, easy to access from U-Bahn. Highly recommend!

Very nice and interesting hotel, overall satisfaction. We appreciated the underground parking as well. The breakfast was great, also the bar was open in the night.

Excellent hotel! Could not fault it at all! All of the staff were so kind and helpful, as a solo traveller new to Berlin they were very helpful in suggesting places to shop and eat! and the hotel itself is absolutely stunning! Will definitely go back :) oh and the breakfast was amazing!

It was a really nice stay for six people. The rooms were really clean and equally spacious. 15 minutes walk to Aleksandr platz.

The Ritz-Carlton, Berlin is located in the heart of the city at Potsdamer Platz, neighboring Berlin’s largest inner city park “Tiergarten” and situated just a 7 minute walk to Brandenburg Gate.

Every thing was more than perfect…. I must say thanks to all the staff of this hotel . I regret that I change this hotel to an other famous hotel in Berlin ( Aldon Kempinski Berlin) which I find every thing becomes very old .
