This is a fabulous hotel. Polished off, modern, clean, classy. Best breakfast I’ve ever had in any hotel anywhere - dining at its finest. With a crazy view over the mountains and Quito. The staff are all incredible. Super friendly and helpful. Nice gym! This place is a class act. Could teach big brand American hotels a few things. Well done Go Quito!!

Good sized apartment that was clean and comfortable. The apartment is in a safe neighbourhood and Rita was very helpful.

Very clean, comfortable beds, very good amenities. Super friendly and very helpful staff who went out of their way to help us when we needed a doctor for our young granddaughter. Highly competent and efficient to support us, just lovely people, each and every one. Highly recommended for families with kids.

A beautiful hotel which is on the edge of Old Town.it’s very stylish and has large comfortable bedrooms which are immaculate and are very quiet at night. Breakfast is wonderful and with excellent choice and is served in the central area. The highlight however was the staff who are very helpful, friendly and professional. We ate every night on the roof terrace, which was beautiful overlooking the skyline of Quito. Ponchos and heaters were a lovely addition and the food was amazing! The service was exceptional, Dino in particular made our stay memorable! He managed to anticipate all our needs and we loved every minute of our stay. A truly amazing hotel!

The whole hotel is so characterful, which is unsurprising given its age and location in the old town. It's like living in a palatial museum. The staff were polite, kind and attentive, notably the old woman serving breakfast who brought me a herbal infusion when she learned that my stomach was upset. The airport transfer service was at a fair price and very efficient.

The location was perfect for us to visit our family. It had good facililities and an exceptional breakfast buffet. The staff were cheerful and helpful. The hotel has all the facilities of a corporate hotel but with a friendly feel.
