This is a fabulous hotel. Polished off, modern, clean, classy. Best breakfast I’ve ever had in any hotel anywhere - dining at its finest. With a crazy view over the mountains and Quito. The staff are all incredible. Super friendly and helpful. Nice gym! This place is a class act. Could teach big brand American hotels a few things. Well done Go Quito!!

Very clean, comfortable beds, very good amenities. Super friendly and very helpful staff who went out of their way to help us when we needed a doctor for our young granddaughter. A beautiful hotel which is on the edge of Old Town.it’s very stylish and has large comfortable bedrooms which are immaculate and are very quiet at night. Breakfast is wonderful and with excellent choice and is served in the central area. The highlight however was the staff who are very helpful, friendly and professional. We ate every night on the roof terrace, which was beautiful overlooking the skyline of Quito. Ponchos and heaters were a lovely addition and the food was amazing! The service was exceptional, Dino in particular made our stay memorable! He managed to anticipate all our needs and we loved every minute of our stay. A truly amazing hotel!

I had a wonderful stay. The room was very clean, well equipped, decorated with taste. The service was discreet and perfect. Hotel ideally located. I loved everything about this hotel, my stay was spectacular, I enjoyed a great view from my room, also the room, the bed I slept in is more comfortable than my own bed. I was able to get around the city and getting back to my hotel was very easy. Also the staff provided me with a lot of information about places to go and eeo transportation. I really enjoyed everything. It is a place that is definitely worth visiting. The interior of the hotel is like a trip back in time and there is a great story behind it.

The location was perfect for us to visit our family. It had good facililities and an exceptional breakfast buffet. The staff were cheerful and helpful. The hotel has all the facilities of a corporate hotel but with a friendly feel.
