I recently had the pleasure of staying at Malikia hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The highlight of my stay was definitely the beach. It was absolutely stunning! The crystal-clear waters and abundance of coral reefs made it a paradise for snorkeling enthusiasts like myself. I spent hours exploring the vibrant underwater world, mesmerized by the colorful marine life. The experience was truly unforgettable. If you're looking for a hotel with an amazing beach and incredible snorkeling opportunities, look no further than Malikia hotel. It's an absolute gem!

This is my second stay at Concord Moreen and certainly will not be the last one, everything exceeded my expectations, the room was spacious with an astonishing view, the beach was amazing, for relaxing and snorkeling, The staff was very friendly, and went out of their way to help, especially Mr.Saad I highly recommend Concord Moreen

We were impressed by the quality of the food - in particular, pizza restaurant, Italian restaurant, and daily freshly made pasta in the common restaurant. Also, the morning omelet was simple yet very tasty as well as seafood. Another big highlight is the animation team who made our stay unforgettable. There were always some activities like beach volleyball or aquaerobics for us to participate in. On top of that evening shows in the amphitheater were really impressive - much more professional than we expected and with a great variety of genres. the most impressive though was the Entertainment Manager (Mister Toto) who performed dangerous but spectacular tricks himself on multiple shows. Overall the personnel and other guests were very polite and friendly. Waiters were always helpful and attentive to our wishes. They even danced a traditional local dance with my partner on her birthday, which made us very happy at that moment.

Where to start really. First, the welcome comittee at the check-in counter. I was welcomed with a cocktail. They invited me to wait in the very spacious lobby. Second, the rooms. The rooms are sooo spacious, so cosy, tea and coffee, high quality towels, comfortable beds, a splendid view on the pool and the resort. All more than enjoyable. Third, the restaurant. Oh my God. The freshness of the products, the variety of meals, the presentation...put that restaurant at a very high standing level. I have to and must not forget to mention the manager Hassan and his team, not to forget Ali. They are as sweet as the cakes we can taste. They treat you like someone so special. Thank you soooo much !! Fourh, the pool, fresh smelling towels, incredible staff , special dedicace to Abdu :-) This place is Heaven on Earth. I wish i could have been able to stay more than 2 days. I highly highly recommend this resort to anymore who is looking for a sophisticated place mixed with a 'at home' feeling. Thank you to the GREAT management of that resort as well. Very nice hotel, beautifully designed, remarkable details. The rooms are very clean and we were surprised, it was not necessary to use the air conditioning (in August), I assume that the insulation is well solved. The restaurant was decent, great selection of food. Own beach, but swimming possible only from the jetty. There is a beautiful reef, great snorkeling. Nearby is the harbor and the town of Port Ghalib, where it lives with a great atmosphere. Animations not annoying. Perfect pool bar with alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails. Hotel for older children from 10 years old. We will definitely come back here.

Nice room, excellent service, excellent food

Amazing NEW hotel with friendly and super helpful stuff, high food quality, comfortable big rooms, adorable beach and sea, i recommend it to everyone! # Food: • The main restaurant offers good food, but during my two-week stay, I felt that it lacked variety. • Breakfast (7:00–10:00): There were always two types of salmon, fresh juices, smoothies, omelets, poached eggs, pancakes, waffles, strawberries, and plenty of fruits. • Lunch (12:30–14:30): Always a choice of meat or fish. The pasta with garlic, shrimp, and cream in the main restaurant is highly recommended. • Splash Bar (12:30–16:30): Great pizza, crispy chicken schnitzel, and fresh salads. • Bay View (12:30–16:00): Highly recommend the salmon sandwich and cheesecake. • Dinner (18:30–21:00): Tasty dishes in the main restaurant and both à la cartes. • Tao à la carte: Delicious soups and sushi. • Bay View à la carte: Highly recommend the baked salmon. • Also, great beachfront restaurants at Jaz Riviera and Iberotel. # Staff • Mr. Mohammed Khaled is a heart of this place. Special thanks to him – a highly professional manager who solved my issue within 10 minutes. • Thanks to Abdullah (reception) for the warm welcome and farewell gifts. • Excellent staff: • Alaa (Bay View): Attentive waiter. • Mahmoud Khali (main restaurant): Friendly and polite. • Mahmoud (lobby bar): Quick service, remembers your drink preferences. • Isabelle and Amélie (animation team): they both are friendly and amazing. # Territory • Green, well-maintained, with multiple pools and a large jacuzzi, plenty of sun loungers. • Nice evening walks between Jaz Riviera and Iberotel, but a nearby construction site makes it less pleasant. • On-site: pharmacy, mini-market, souvenirs, ATM (withdrawal fee: $4). • Diving center on the beach. # Rooms • Spacious, modern rooms with soft linens and comfortable pillows. • Glass bottled water, kettle, tea, coffee, paid minibar, iron available on request.

The location of the hotel and our room was beautiful and perfect, close to the beach and close tot the marina. The staff is amazing: special thanks to the lifeguards at the beach and jetty: Ahmed Shaban, Mahmoud Refay, Monaim. Also at the snackbar we had the best service from Ahmed Kemal (Mido) at the bar and Saied from the snacks. The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful, especially Mohamed Fouad and Dana from guest relations, they both do a very good job. I don't know the name of the housekeeper but he did an amazing job, everything was very clean. I would in the first place come back for all the staff and their service, they feel like family members. And after this I would come back for the food and location/atmosphere. Everything is just amazing and we extended our stay when we were here.

We recently had a 19 day trip around Egypt and I can definitely say that the Iberotel Costa Mares was the best hotel/resort that we stayed at in Egypt and on par with other 5 star resorts we’ve stayed at around the world. We had two deluxe family ground floor rooms with views on the gorgeous 45m long pool for our family of five. The rooms were very spatial, comfortable, clean and had all the modern conveniences you’d want. We spent our days moving from the pool to the beach and back again. The resort’s position on the bay is perfect for swimming with the sea turtles and the sea cows (dugong). There are other reviews that criticise the tour boats being the in the bay but this didn’t bother us - they are far enough from the shore and the bay is certainly big enough for everyone to enjoy. The dive centre, less than 10 minutes walk down the beach at the sister resort, is an added bonus. We had a great excursion to the Dolphin House where one in our group was able to dive while the rest of us did snorkelling. We chose Costa Mares for the location and the great reviews on the food and service. Khalif and his food and beverage team certainly didn’t disappoint. We enjoyed our meals at the Coral Restaurant (buffet) where there is a vast selection of Egyptian and International foods and always freshly grilled or barbecue meat and fish in the evening. The food was fresh, tasty and good quality. Special mentions to Mohamed Allam and both Ahmeds at the Coral Restaurant, Ahmed Mahout at the pool bar and lifeguard Amr who looked after us so well, greeted us with smiles and genuine kindness and worked so hard to ensure that we always received 5 star service. Thank you to the lovely staff for making our stay at Costa Mares such a wonderful holiday.

Mr Hassan and his collegues from the reception, and also all the other employees at the resort, are very kind and friendly. Every time I'm there, they truly do their very best, to make my stay the most comfortable as possible. I love the spacious, comfortable and light rooms. It's very clean everywhere. The food is great. Fayrouz has a very nice house reef for snorkeling, and it's great that Marsa Mubarak is only 20 min walk away: this is a bay where there are big sea turtles. I keep coming back, and now my friends are too.
