This is our third stay at this hotel and we do not plan to change it! This is the best hotel in Marsa Alam. Wonderful service, cleanliness and beautiful coral reef! Chef Abdul makes every effort to ensure that guests are satisfied - he pays attention when guests are allergic to something and helps them choose the right food or prepares something special! We recommend taking advantage of the offer of a professional SPA and trips on horses and camel Miki. We'll be back next year!

Staff were exceptional, starting from Mr. Mahmoud El Sayed at the reception, smooth check-in, friendly, and polite receptionist. Restaurant staff and bar tenders were great and helpful. Pool guards were good. The animation team was great. It was a superb stay 👌

The staff were friendly and helpful. Good communication prior and during the trip. Water park was excellent. The family rooms were spacious. Food was generally good (except desserts), particularly the fresh fish, BBQ'ed meats, grilled chicken and fresh made pizza. The pools and gardens were well maintained. Friendly golf cart drivers. Wide range of facilities.

The wonderful hospital staff. Very special thanks to Mr. Hesham Abdel Raoof who upgraded my room to a lovely one by the beach. Chef Hossam El Mansy is not only a superb pastry chef but a very amiable person. Warm thanks also go out to Reda Mahmoud and Ali Fathy at the restaurant, Nadi at housekeeping, and Mohamed Ali, Ahmed Raafat and Amr at the water park. My stay was wonderful but it was made even more special by these staff members and their colleagues. A very warm thanks to all.
