It was an exceptional stay, we loved every detail, from the great building the decorations, and warm welcome. The staff’s genuine friendliness. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great decor and the fantastic view. The staff were attentive and they kept ensured that we were comfortable. Thanks to Jumana,Ahmed,Musad and all staff. The experience at Helnan hotel Palace was truly exceptional. Staying at this hotel made us feel detached from the present, offering a tranquil haven of peace, serenity and a picturesque view. Our room was spacious, clean and with a balcony where we spend most of the time, the bed and pillows was comfortable too. The staff in the hotel were exceptional, they made sure we have the best view and comfort during our stay. We didn't get the chance to try their restaurants though. We'd surely stay again at this hotel on our next visit to Alexandria.

    A very recent and modern hotel. Room perfectly equiped. Every equipment seems to be new. Even the gym is very well equiped with modern machines. Very nice breakfast. Incredible quality of service from the workers (reception, spa, gym, breakfast). The only and closest experience of a 5 stars we had during our whole stay in Egypt in 3 different hotels.
