We booked a villa for our family of five, which had three spacious bedrooms and a beautiful view of the Nile River. Every moment at the resort was peaceful, joyful, and truly memorable. The highlight of our stay was the heartfelt birthday surprise prepared for my mom. The flowers and towel decorations were so lovely that she didn’t even want to lie down — she kept opening and closing the door just to relive that magical first impression. When we returned in the evening, the beautifully plated birthday message and the delicious cake touched her heart once again. Above all, we are deeply grateful to Manager Rawan, whose kindness and care made our trip to Aswan truly special. Thanks to her thoughtful attention, we had such a happy and meaningful experience. Incredible Nile cruise, Mohamed helped us plan our tours ,and he provided guides and transportation to the sites , He had exceptional communication and was clear with daily itinerary, before our arrival and throughout the entries trip , he was in constant contact with us to ensure all our needs were met and to plan the next days , all the guides showed up on time, picked us up from the boat and had great knowledge of Egyptian history, and were extremely pleasant and hospitable.
