I was surprised by the courtesy of the staff and the quality of the hotel in general. I got a guide and driver from the hotel to do a private guided tour. Thank you Maichel Rezeqy for making me feel special. ( You have to improve your Portuguese )

We had a very early arrival, and we were able to do early check-in. The hotel was amazing all along. I do not have anything I did not like. It is closed to the downtown area and airport. The security is super good, and the hotel has all the services one needs. It is a one shop stop.

Great location, calm and peaceful. Clean rooms, great Nile view from infinity pools (one of them is heated). Stunning sunsets!! Great variety of food on lunch and breakfast. Well furnitured room with good bathroom and air conditioner working for heating and cooling. Great terrace with a river view. And overall nature on this island is beautiful. Stuff was super friendly and caring, they did everything to make our stay comfortable pleasant.

All I can say is WOW! We came on our honeymoon and got upgraded to a suit. The staff went above and beyond for us and made our stay one of the best in Egypt. From arrival to leaving everyone was super nice and assisted in anything you needed. Food was great couldn’t have been any better as we even got a private dinner on top deck and a private breakfast on a Egyptian boat before leaving. Thank you to all the staff we really appreciated everything. Lots of love from Canada and Malta 🫶🏼

    Everything at Al Moudira is magical! Understated chic, to me what a 5 stars should be. The gardens were stunning, attention to detail and decor - a surprise in each corner. Fantastic food, beautiful rooms and amazing staff, always willing to go above and beyond, without being pushy.

    Great location, staff, and ambience. Views were amazing. Food wasn't that good, but I'll still give it 5 stars. Reception staff were great and friendly. They even upgraded us and provided us with a breakfast box for our departure.

    The Hotel complex featured all the amenities that one would expect from a 5 Star Hotel. The gardens were exceptionally designed and manicured, the swimming pools were in superb condition and the Bar Service was outstanding. The restaurants, food wine lists were of the highest quality.
