We were lucky to receive an upgrade to a room with wonderful sea & lagoon view. Rooms are very spacious with plenty of storage, large TV and a super balcony. Ours had a view over the amazing private beach that surrounds the Palace hotel, over the entrance to the lagoon and all the ship entering and the desert on the other side. Unforgettable panorama at dawn (05.30h in April) and technicolor sunsets :-). Totally quiet at night. Super attentive room service; waterbottles and fruit. - The garden with the numerous large palm trees, its large lawns and its sea of flowers is meticulously kept. Fresh towels are provided daily for the pool and the beach. The very long pontoon offers fantastic views for everybody. Snorkeling is possible from there or on a large portion of the beach. Colourful fish everywhere. Highly recommended scuba diving center is right near the Palace Pickalbatros with lessons and excursions. - We loved the food, especially the egyptian and the indian dishes. We started our days with omelettes, pancakes freshly made for breakfast, incredible goyavas fresh and pressed. -The entrance to the Palace Pickalbatros hotel is truly majestic, as is the large lobby and the bar with its terrace overlooking the artificial lagoon of the neighboring hotel . - All staff in the amazing Palace Pickalbatros hotel are very well trained and respectful. They work really hard to make guests feel at home and pampered. A big thanks and congratulations to the manager, Mr Mina for the amazing job.

The people there are very descent and the staff are humble and nice. The reception members were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and and the housekeeping staff was super. Fabulous hotel, recently built. We did enjoy our one-week holiday to the fullest. Everything was perfect: - friendly and helpful staff (reception, room service, restaurants, bars, beach, entertainment) - spacious and clean rooms (as a family we even got two connecting rooms and our children got twin beds, which they did appreciate) - very clean common areas (staff is constantly cleaning the floor near the swimming pools and maintaining the green areas) - 5 huge swimming pools (+ 2 for young children) - does not feel crowded at all! - live qualitative shows every evening (great artists) - friendly and discreet entertainment team - last but not least great food offer in all the restaurants. We liked the fact that the hotel has a reasonable size and that it does not exceed two storeys. Thank you all at Jaz Elite Amara for making our stay memorable and enjoyable ;-)

The bay was beautiful, we saw many turtles and dugongs. The Beach Boys were very kind especially Oscar Horus🤩 The hotel is very good and clean … breakfast was little bit poor!

    Honestly, it was unforgettable stay! The service was outstanding from all staff (big thanks to Mr. Salah, Mr. Hany, Mr. Wahid, Mr. Moemen & all marina staff), the resort offering a wide variety of delicious foid options with staff always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms are decent and comfortable, giving you a bunch of relaxation vibes. You have everything you may need innur vacation at one place. Finally, it was a memorable experience, craving to come again and we highly recommend this resort.

    Our stay started with an excellent reception, at reception, given by Abdulfattah, our room was spacious and the beds comfortable. It would have been nice to have the very open space in the room filled with a few chairs or a table as it was quite odd to have such a spacious room with so little in it. That said the beds were VERY comfortable, Mahmoud the room guy kept it spotless and we were very comfortable. Food was superb, drinks good and location exceptional. We will be back.
