The Vincci Selección La Plantación del Sur exceeded all my expectations and truly delivered a dream-like vacation experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality that made us feel instantly at home. The hotel itself is stunning—its architecture blends seamlessly with the lush surroundings, offering beautiful ocean views and an ambiance of relaxation and luxury. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated, with every detail thoughtfully arranged to ensure comfort. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the balcony provided the perfect place to unwind with a breathtaking view. But what truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional staff. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. From the front desk to the restaurant staff, everyone was attentive, courteous, and genuinely interested in making sure we had everything we needed. Special thanks to the concierge team for their excellent recommendations. The breakfast buffet is simply outstanding—a wide variety of high-quality dishes, from fresh fruit to local specialties, all served in a beautiful setting. The on-site restaurants also offered exquisite cuisine, with options that delighted our taste buds each night. The pool area is another highlight, with multiple pools surrounded by comfortable loungers and lush gardens. It never felt crowded, and the service by the pool was impeccable. We loved spending afternoons relaxing there, soaking in the sun, and enjoying refreshing drinks. Overall, our stay at Vincci Selección La Plantación del Sur was nothing short of perfect. The combination of luxury, comfort, and genuinely caring staff made this one of the best hotels I've ever visited. Great activities for adults and kids ,lovely pools 2 bathrooms in the room is ideal, all 5 star amenities expected in the room as it should be. Evening kids club is great to enjoy adults a drink at the skybar which was great loved the glass pool ! Definitely a place to go back to.

Great staff, friendly, helpful and smiling. The bed comfortable. Breakfast was great. Location perfect. Pool area very nice. Swimming pool heated and big, nice smaller ones too. Highly recommended but maybe not for younger people as majority guests are middle age.

This my first time trying all inclusive and it was such a great experience. The pool was heated and the view was amazing. The Staff were so friendly and kept making sure we were alright. Always on hand to fill our drinks when needed. Breakfast was incredible especially with the view and everyday a pastry chef would make something special for us to try. We would eat at restaurants most nights but the Buffet in the main building had plenty of food. We were overwhelmed. It was nice to try new types of foods that you wouldn't normally. Our room was gorges and even when we checked out they looked after us up until we left for the airport.

    Food: we took half board in Hard Rock Hotel, and it was the best food (breakfast & Dinner) among the rest of the Canary Islands hotels, though other hotels were also 5 stars. They have a great verity, quality food and delicious. Pool: it was warm enough to enjoy swimming in the unexpected cold weather. Room: was spacious with contemporary set up and furniture, but didn't like the idea of the sinks in the room with no partition.
