An amazing find, extra kind and helpful staff especially Rocio and Paloma but everyone was so open and friendly .....and the beautiful surroundings and the pool at the end of a hot day of exploring made it better than expected when in the old town.

This is the best hotel that provides services that make guests feel comfortable. When I felt lost in the place I wanted to go, he said it was close and accompanied me. Then, the receptionist at that place told me that there was a place I wanted to go next, so please call a taxi. Even though it is a five-star hotel, it is very kind without being pretentious, and I became a fan of this hotel. And I love the city of Jerez! When I told them about my room preferences in advance, they fulfilled my wishes and it was a dream-like stay! I will come back to Jerez again to stay at this hotel! thank you!

Firstly, it’s a recently opened boutique hotel, and wow they have done a great job. The staff are all an amazingly helpful and proactive. The rooms are kitted out with the most up to date furnishings. Moulton Brown shower gels, very comfortable beds. Situated right next to the Cathedral in Jerez. It is well worth staying here.

We are vegans. We have been to every hotel along the Sancti Petri coast (incl Gran Melia and Barossa Palace - but not Royal Hideaway - that's next!). The food on offer in the buffet restaurant was by far and away the best in terms of choice and quality of any of the hotels there. For that reason alone this is now our favourite. But also good was the comfort of the loungers, the large sturdy umbrellas, the bar area, the music, just everything. Top top quality. Thank you and well done.
