Everything. The team at Lopesan Costa Meloneras were all very professional and always on hand to help. They went above expectation when I was not feeling well one day. They really looked after me. It was my first time staying at such an establishment in GC. I was soo pleased with everything I will definitely go back.

We absolutely loved our stay in Salobre. The staff was really helpfull & friendly, the food was delicious with every day something different and you always had a spot at the pool. Salobre is definitely in our top 3 of hotel i've been already and would come back when visiting Gran Canaria again.

    We had a sea view room on the top floor, which was fantastic. Beautiful views overlooking the beach and pool. The room was luxurious. The beds were so soft and comfy. The infinity pool is gorgeous and so warm. There was a decent fridge with complimentary water provided. We ate in the buffet for dinner on two nights, and it was decent. We also ate in an Italian restaurant on the beach a couple of times and the food was outstanding. We would definitely return to this hotel.

    Good property and large size. A number of pools and pool bar. Plenty of loungers. Nice robes and facilities in the room but what I would expect for that cost and 5 star.

    Good hotel with enormous lagoon pool. However, I was very disappointed that you have to pay an extra E40 for a 4 hour spa session. This is a 5 star hotel and you would think that one session would be included in the very high price that you pay to stay here - I was not impressed.
