The hotel has a very cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was good with a nice selection, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The fitness room was also well equipped and a great bonus. The location is excellent, close to local attractions and easily accessible.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Maria. Having stayed at a lot of hotels, this is definitely one of the top ones. We had a great room. The iPad controls for the room worked really well. We could listen to Spotify over the system. All of the staff were all very friendly and professional. We received a very good welcome. Great attention to all details. One of the best hotels in Helsinki. Great job by all the Maria team. Thank you for giving us such a great stay :-)

We liked everything. Our room was cosy; it was the first time when I felt at home in a hotel. I tried SPA treatments, and they were on a good level, too. The staff was polite, friendly, and helpful. We came right after Christmas, and the hotel was beautifully decorated. So many things have been included, which is what to be expected from a 5-star hotel: shower cap, soft bath robes and slippers, bath salts, nice capsule coffee machine (we didn't use though). The breakfast was very nice with good selection and food quality. I particularly liked old-styled porridge with dry fruits (I didn't try such before, but I'm pretty sure it's how it tasted when the hotel was founded 137 years ago) and that tasty cappuccino was included into the price.

The hotel is better than most 5 stars I have been to. Some rooms were equipped with Sauna which were really perfect. The breakfast was awesome again with so much of fresh produce and local delicacies. Its located close to the city centre and everything is at walkable distance.

Well. The whole staff was great. Youngish, smiling, polite and very co-op persons. Wouldn’t give 5 stars though: little bit worn out room (King executive room!). The view was wonderful and location also. Short walk to everywhere.
