Rooms were spacious and there was space to hang clothes , a coffee station etc , even bathrobes and slippers. Very central and beautiful building and nicely decorated .Breakfasts were excellent and catered for diffrent requiremets . Staff was polite and helpful . I even got presents from the hotel on my birthday . That was very special . Highly recommended ! 😁

The room was spaceous, clean and had a very nice interior. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. A small problem with the safe was fixed immediately with a small present for the potential discomfort. The breakfast was excellent, with a huge choice in Finnish food and treats.

For the type of stay we had and the time of year this was the perfect central location to reach everything mostly by walking short distances. We requested certain amenities in our room and they went out of their way to provide those. When we didn't like the view of our room they upgraded us without extra cost (which they didn't have to do).

This waterfront hotel is only 5 minutes' walk from Hakaniemi Market Hall. Its air-conditioned rooms feature flat-screen TVs and large windows facing the Baltic Sea, the quiet courtyard or the city.

The room was spacious and the staff very friendly. The buffet breakfast was one of the best we have ever had. Location very convenient to the train station. The bars were an added bonus.

Wonderful staff that made us feel welcome after a not so nice experience at Hotel Kämp (concierge personally fetched out luggage from other hotel at no surcharge), rooms are exceptionally clean and feature a nice Nordic modern interior. Stylish lighting system, allowing you to set the mood and control lights perfectly. The in-house breakfast and coffee place (also open to external guests) had great quality items and was reasonably priced. SPA area features steam, sauna and small pool as well as a ice bath - all of which is new and well maintained. Would recommend this hotel as the best one in town (including over Kämp).

Family cottage we’ve rented is surrounded by wonderful Finnish nature. Other cottages are located very near but in such a way that neighbors do not see each other. It was quiet, only sounds of birds and leaves. There is a long walking trail nearby. Cottage itself had all necessary staff for cooking and cleaning. Items in bathroom functioned properly. I loved the terassa. There was WiFi in the cottage as well.
