Everything was great ! Only weather was bad but hotel was brilliant. Beds was so comfy and everything was clean . Really recommend.

Fully equipped with washing machine, kitchen and bathroom. Correspondence of Staff is good, too. Parking is possible if the parking lot in front of the apartment is vacant. I was able to spend comfortably. thank you!

Those is by far the best property we have stayed in in Blackpool. Michael and Peter are the perfect hosts. The rooms are equipped to a very high standard, they are so much bigger than you get elsewhere, the complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits and water are so nice. The breakfast is excellent. Michael & Peter are so very welcoming. We would not stay anywhere else.

The bed and pillows were very comfy. The room was spacious and Ursula and her family were fabulous hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was wonderful. Plenty to eat. Tea coffee and biscuits replaced every day in the room and there was cake just outside the breakfast room to help yourself. The tram stop was only 2 mins walk bringing you to all the major attractions.

This small hotel with maximum comfort and service, which can not be displayed on the photo. I have chosen this hotel and could not even close to imagine what kind of service and comfort I will get. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail, both in the hotel and in the room, you can choose any breakfast, which you will be served by the owner of the hotel personally. Paul and Michael are in the hotel all the time and are ready to help with any even small problem. If all the hotels in the world were on the same level as this one, the life of a tourist would be wonderful! Highly recommended!!!
