Room was lovely (although we had a little trouble getting the BBC to work on the tv), staff amazing, breakfast fantastic. Despite having no common space for working while on business, staff were extremely accommodating. One of my new favourite spots to stay in St Andrews.

The property is very well appointed and the instructions for check in and use of all facilities are clear and easy to understand. We had a great stay and would book again next time we visited.

Excellent location for going into town, very clean, great design and top quality furnishings and equipment. Additional garden space and spa was amazing and well enjoyed by everyone. House was super equipped, great wifi, sky, toiletries and even a Xmas tree. Couldn’t fault anything.
