The staff were so friendly and hard working. The food was delicious - even a wide veggie and vegan selection. The shower, bed, were very good quality. The location is wonderful with great walks and views. Harrogate is close by for a nice day out.

Brilliant hotel! Beautiful communal areas and a lovely room with far-reaching views of the city. All the amenities you could ask for in the room, very comfortable bed. Excellent staff who couldn't have been more courteous and helpful (Vincent in the restaurant was particularly kind and welcoming). Delicious food in the bar and restaurant. A new favourite hotel - will be back again soon for certain.

We appreciated all the attention to even the finest of details from the bathroom items, to the decoration, tea/coffee service etc. We thought it was charming to have paper doilies under our cups and appreciated proper cloth napkins. Have stayed at this apartment hotel a few times . All the rooms are very comfortable and clean . Staff are friendly . Very close to train station. Lovely welcome pack of snacks and breakfast items .

The apartment was perfect, with so much attention to detail. It’s in a great spot for exploring the city center and nearby areas. The kitchen had everything we needed—wine glasses, teacups, and all the utensils you could want.
