The location is excellent. The rooms are more than expected. However, we ordered cot for baby online, but we did not get it and the reception also did not inform us when we checked in. In general, highly recommended. Will book the same hotel again next time to Leeds, if there is an extra discount.

Irene was very friendly and communicated effectively throughout my stay. She could also recommend places to eat out or places to shop if I wanted to cook. I also had no issue parking out on the front.
