Loved everything - so spacious and really feels luxurious. Booked two rooms, one with river views and the second for teenage son. Son’s room was upgraded at no extra cost, a lovely touch. Loved the walk in wardrobes in both rooms. Breakfast was superb.

Location was great, the staff were incredible nothing was an issue at all and the valet parking guys were so helping happy and couldn’t do enough for us , we all spoke about them being so lovely and it made such a difference being greeted by happy friendly people.
