Beacon View was just 5 minutes from Penrith town but in the country so very peaceful and quiet. Set on a beautiful property where we enjoyed watching the sunset. Our friends and I enjoyed our stay, the house was well equipped and was super clean and nice and warm with the heating. Host was very accommodating and great with communication.

A great stay in a beautiful converted barn. Well situated in a lovely village, pub and shop 20 metres one way and a lovely walk over the hills to Pooley Bridge in the other direction. Only a few miles into Pooley Bridge if driving. Perfect spot for exploring Ullswater and around this side of the lakes. Barn is stunning (a lot of work involved if you look at the before and after book in the property), a lovely modern twist on the work done. Bedrooms were great, bathrooms very well presented. Property was lovely and clean, wifi works well. Communication prior to the stay was great and easy to follow. Can't wait to come back, thank you :)
