Excellent location with lots of choices of restaurants around it. Warm Welcome at entrance, junior suite was very large, luxury very large bathroom. Amenities in room are more then what you would get in other hotels of the same stars in uk, little things like milk for tea/coffee in mini bar, plus your basic drinks, good quality teas and coffees. The extra of even adding a yoga Matt. These extras make all the difference to comfort when staying. Best hotel in Birmingham

The hospitality at the hotel was brilliant. All facilities were very modern and access in and out of the property was so easy Sarah was excellent as the person checking me in, sorting out my personal requests and making sure my stay was comfortable. It was exactly what we wanted. A comfy bed for the night with a good TV and wi-fi. No fuss accessing the apartment - great parking on the road outside as we arrived around 1900 and 5 mins walk to pubs and restaurants.
