An excellent and wonderful stay! The room was very comfortable and clean, equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine. The balcony was spacious and had the most beautiful view we have ever experienced. The service was outstanding, and the staff was quick to assist guests. The surprise we found in the room was truly amazing and made my day. All the employees were very friendly and welcoming—I sincerely appreciate each one of them, including the bellboys, whose names I don’t recall, but everyone was excellent. A big thank you to the hotel for choosing such professional staff and maintaining great cleanliness. I will definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for four nights, visiting from Germany, and it was an incredible experience. The hotel is new, modern, and beautifully designed. The bathroom was absolutely stunning! The hotel exceeded my expectations. Stuff couldn't do more to accommodate all our needs and they were always smiling and ready to help. Check in was flawless and breakfast was fantastic. Lots of choice, fresh food, great coffee. Our room was on the 5th floor, not huge but enough for our needs, nicely decorated and housekeeping was fantastic. Spa was clean and not crowded and smoothies, water and cookies provided there was an extra highly appreciated touch. We never had to wait long for elevators and check out process was fast and smooth. Even if there is no parking, front door stuff made it possible to always have a space left for our car in front of the hotel. We just needed to hand them our key, so easy and comfortable for us during our whole stay.

    Location, furniture, design, shower are great. The gym was functional. The rooftop terrace is nice for a quick meal or a drink. The AC worked fine. Unfortunately the carpets are beige so it’s hard to clean stains. Overall, good value for money but more of a 4 stars hotel than a 5 stars one.

    Everything was good , especially Staffs were Prefect , View of Room was fascinating, breakfast was with plenty of choices and has been served in Good times ( 7 till 11 am ) , Infiniti pool was perfect I think this is one of the best 5 stars hotel in Tbilisi , just the only thing: there is not a proper area at lobby for seating & Meeting although there is a Terrace cafe which hard to settle a meeting in winter time ( cafe has place at indoor and can be settle meeting there ) All in All can't give point less than 9.8/10
