The location is brilliant, on top of Imerovigli, in the middle of everything. The employees are super nice and cool, ready to help you with everything you need everyday. Don't make a scope in booking a room at caldera, the other part of the hotel is more quiet and the view of the island is also nice. The size of the pool is very good comparing with what you will find Santorini.

The facilites are exceptional, with spectacular views of the sunset over distant Oia and Thirasia. The indoor jacuzzi and private pool were also great after a long day touring Santorini. However, what really stood out and elevated our experience was the staff - from the minute of our arrival until checkout, we were treated like royalty. The general manager Manos, and Angelo were particularly nice and helpful, ensuring that every second of our stay was comfortable and unforgettable.

Perfect quiet spot with absolute privacy! Private pool at the terrace with sea view and morning sun. No people passing by, no street - but still close to nice restaurants in Imerovigli. Very friendly and motivated receptionists who make your wishes come true ☺️ Excellent breakfast, also gluten-free, which can be served to your terrace.

I was travelling with my 14 year old daughter and we absolutely loved this hotel! The athmospehere was so peaceful. The staff was so friendly, but the owner was the soul of this place! He was running the place with his whole heart and took all customers warmthly into consideration. Plus he was our superhero as on the morning we were supposed to jump to a taxi to the airport, our taxi never showed up and he rushed us to the airport himself <3 But to continue, the views are unbelievable! There is no need to go to busy Oia to see the sunset (but of course you need to visit it!) as you can best see it from this hotel and from your own terrace. The room was fairly small but for short 5 day stay and two persons it was ok. The plunge pool and the views from the terrace were just amazing! We also spent time on the main pool area which was very comfy and the pool was great! We had some drinks and snacks at the pool and they were delicious. We mostly had dinner in Imerovigli which is fairly short but sweaty walk up the hill. There are many good restaurants in there. We also had dinner at the Tassos Tavern just next to the hotel (service and food was great!). The bus stop to Oia is just across the street. We used the bus a couple of times as the busses are really good. You just hop in and pay when you leave. The only thing is that the bus does not come back the same street, so you either need to take a taxi or go first to Fira (like backwards) and then take a bus to Oia and jump off at the hotel stop. From Oia the busses left 10 mins apart even the official timeschedule online shows something totally different (high season). We were recommended at the hotel a sailing cruise and we took that. I highly recommend that! It was so nice and the food they cooked on the boat was absolutely delicious and tasty! We also recommend to walk to Fira. The walk there is just pure blizz and amazing views. All in all, just the best hotel and peaceful location!
