very beautiful resort, very clean, many different pools and restaurants we travelled as a family group of 10 people, Dimitry from the restaurant Organization went out of his way to get us a table for the group in the theme restaurants! Thank you sooo much Dimitry! Thank you Anastasia for all the great drinks at the bar and Dimitrios at the Coffee machine for all the lovely coffees! very friendly staff!

The hotel is designed very well. The view is stunning. The staff is very friendly and very forthcoming.

Perfect accommodation with daily room cleans and a top up of the mini fridge. All inclusive is on til late and the staff are INCREDIBLY helpful, especially the reception staff who helped with everything from taxis and missing luggage (Airline fault) to emergency pins for a dress mishap! So so friendly and perfect for a stress free holiday.

Beautiful, quiet hotel at the perfect location. Nice boulevard to take a stroll next to the beach to go to Mastichari, which is just a 10 minute walk. Also very close to the airport (but without the noise), so you can leave at the very last minute. Very nice pool with sea view, also nice to spot the beautiful sunset. Very clean, comfortable rooms. We got a personal welcome from the owner of the hotel who was very friendly. Our room got upgraded to a room with front sea view. We also got a nice present when we checked out. If we ever come back to Kos, this is the hotel we will stay at!

From the moment you arrive at the Hotel (approx 30 minutes drive from Kos Airport) you feel 'super-happy' !!! You receive a very warm greeting, refreshments, towel and information about the Hotel. Check in is seamless and it is as if the staff have been waiting for your arrival all day. The Hotel is STUNNING - low rise and very beautiful indeed! The meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) are exceptional - everything made/baked on premises and the breakfast buffet is exceptional - everything you could wish for. Lunch is a-la-carte and dinner is either buffet (food theme changes each evening - Greek, Italian, BBQ, Asian etc) or a-la-carte. The Chef is in attendance at all times and able to prepare any personal request you have. Food and beverages are of the highest quality and presentation. All staff are exceptional - on all levels. The Hotel is managed by an exceptional Manager who is always in attendance to ensure everything is perfect. His level of perfectionism and professionalism is very evident. He is supported by an exceptional team whose motto is, I'm sure, to ensure all guests have a wonderful holiday experience. Mention has to be made to Maria, Monica, Anna and Geordia - wonderful team at the front of House who go above and beyond to organise anything/everything for you. Nothing is too much trouble and they are the loveliest of ladies. Prior to my arrival I had organised so many activities for our stay through Maria - her professionalism and helpfulness was outstanding. Her attitude was wonderful to any changes (at last minute) my group made and she organised anything we required. All wait staff are wonderful and happy team members and all cleaners are lovely and proficient people. I would recommend this five-star Hotel to anyone and look forward to the further 'extensions' it is making to be ready in 2026 - it will be an unbelievable place to stay.

Fantastic hotel. Lovely staff who are always smiling looking to help. Delicious food and super relaxed atmosphere. Elena at the bar and Elena in guest services are absolutely brilliant.

Very friendly staff. Resort is huge and very clean. Breakfast was great with really nice outside area for having a morning meal.
