The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful! On check-in we were offered a free room upgrade. The day before check-out, the staff kindly offered us a free stay during the next day until we departed to the airport in the evening. The hotel also nicely prepared welcome gift basket with fruits, sweets and a bottle of wine (? didn't try, as we don't drink alcohol). Hotel room was spacious for a family. The sea view was amazing. The windows were absolutely sound proof. The gardens were lovely! Dinner was wonderful, with many different choices and delicious desserts. The jewelry shop was beautiful. The music performance in the evening was fantastic.

The hotel is well located with a nice beach front bar. Each room from the Adults only hotel had its own spot at the beach with a bottle of water courtesy from the hotel. Breakfast had a good variety of food and the option of having a brunch at Elia restaurant was very nice.

The service at the hotel is perfect, the staff is courteous and responds to every request with a smile and kindness. The villa is well-equipped, clean and simply perfect. Amazing experience, truly a 5* hotel in every sense. The hotel is in the centre of Hersonnissos, right next to the sea, so the view is very beautiful and you can reach multiple shops and bars on foot. The manager is extremely attentive and friendly, always checking on the guests' well-being and helping out with any questions. All the staff is very professional, they helped us book 2 trips so that we could enjoy visiting Crete without worries. The hotel is super clean and stylish, with some of the best food I've had in Greece, highly recommend booking the half-board option. The rooms are very comfortable. The beach is with little rocks, but well-mentained and the water is very clean. We also tried the spa services, and were pleasantly impressed. Overall I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a quiet, modern and stylish place in Crete.
