The breakfast was brilliant. We had to leave so early the 2nd morning we missed it and were really sorry that we didn't have a later flight. However, the night manager had a note from the Day manager to provide us with coffee and pastries while we waited for our taxi, and then gave us a bag with delicious ham and cheese sandwiches which we ate on the plane. So thoughtful!

Excellent , well balanced and delicious breakfast , zero waist as effect. Staff extremely helpful and friendly on this magic way that you feel VIP and familiar . It was real pleasure to observe such engaged and professional young people. Perfect additional services ( massage, transfer, guidance) .     This hotel is rated 5 star but it’s tired and the pool area has had no love. It must have been wonderful back in the day but all feels very tired. The proximity to the port is fab and, as we were upgraded, the room was very pleasant. But sadly the balcony had no chairs. Very sad really
