The Resort is run extremely well, with excellent attention to detail. We were lucky to be upgraded, and very much appreciated it, however I would still rate this a 10/10 regardless. I would particularly like to mention the Restaurant/Bar Manager - she was friendly and very efficient, however what we really noticed was that she managed her staff really well - teaching the younger waiters with details/information and kindness whilst remaining their manager. We also would like to mention Nino (on evening reception) - he was so friendly, efficient, and helpful

I had a truly wonderful experience! Everything was perfectly organized, and I felt comfortable and welcomed from the very beginning. The service was not only professional but also warm and personal, which made all the difference. The massages were deeply relaxing and expertly done and the food was delicious, making the whole stay even more enjoyable. A very special thank-you goes to Gwgw, whose kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made my time here exceptional. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and I am truly grateful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone as it is a rare combination of professionalism, relaxation, and heartfelt hospitality. And of course, Santorini is a truly amazing island that makes the experience even more unforgettable.

We booked the sunrise suite but decided on the spot to upgrade for the sunset suite, which cost more but is totally worth it! The suites, view and pool are unbelievable! We always stayed for diner in our room with great room service and nice dishes - stunning sunset. Once of the best experience of my life

Very nice hotel, awesome food. Stuff of hotel very helpful polite always happy to assist. Hotel is close to citi, very close to airport, kid of boutique hotel with very cameral atmosphere. No crowd, silence. Awesome place to rest. Strong point of hotel is chef of kitchen and food 👍, and very nice stuff that is working at the hotel

We were also super satisfied with the location, the nice staff, the service, the hotel's facilities, the amazing gym, the beautiful pools with the pampering sunbeds, the excellent and pampering breakfast, really everything was perfect!     One of the most newest and 5-star hotel at Santorini with beautiful design and breathtaking views. The service, staff, rooms,restaurant,..., everything was superior! You are only max 15 minutes from everywhere, perfect place to stay in Santorini. The owners are always present at the hotel, they take care of you like a family member. Thanks for everything, we will come back in the summer of 2024!
