Beautiful boutique hotel, calm, clean, comfortable and spacious room with very friendly and good staff. The restaurant food was delicious and the service was exceptional. For families, they have a great kid club called Grecoland where they can accommodate kids from 4 years old to 12 years old and under 4 years old with a parent or guardian. They do a lot of activities inside and around. You feel comfortable leaving your kids with professional people such as Liza and her team work. Convenient location near to Rethymno. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel, we will definitely go back again ! Special thanks to Nikoleta, Alex, Eleni, Maria, Liza and Ioana.

The hotel itself is stunning, with a modern yet cozy atmosphere, and the staff are truly exceptional—always attentive, friendly, and ready to help with a smile. A special big thank you to Vicki in the breakfast room for starting our mornings with such warmth, and to the beach / pool, reception and housekeeping team for their great service. We chose the premium jacuzzi room, and it was absolutely the best decision—pure comfort and luxury! The location is perfect: just a short distance to the beautiful Rethymno town, which is truly a pearl, and also a great base for exploring many interesting spots around Crete. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations. We’re already looking forward to returning!
