Amazing new hotel, everything is just so stylish and gives a nice luxe feel. The staff is great. We got our room upgraded cause it was my friend’s birthday trip, thank you so much!! The pool area with cozy beds, the private beach zone, free smoothies were brought to your sunbed. I got a really good deal for this hotel but our experience was worth much more thanks to them ;)

Had a lovely stay with my wife and two young kids. The staff were extremely professional and helpful. They accommodated our request for an earlier check in and even gave us a complimentary room upgrade. There were lots of small touches that made our stay very pleasant such as complimentary champagne / wine in our room, welcome drinks, etc. We made use of a number of the hotel’s facilities including the main restaurant, the gym, pool and the kids club and were very happy with everything. We look forward to staying here again the next time we are in Crete.

Excellent hotel, facilities, personnel, location at the beach and in Rethymnon, food ( all inclusive), activities, etc... The sea was great, quality of water was excellent. We will definitely come back!

Breakfast and Dinner was fabulous, in the evening there was always addditionally a special menue the staff was exraordinary friendly and welcoming the comfort and the service was excellent we will definitly come again

The hotel is a luxurious one, the property is amazing, it is modern and well taken care of, the breakfast and dinner are perfect too. The staff, they make you feel like family and less as a guest, they took care of every single detail, my daughter got sick during the night, they made sure to stay in touch via whatsapp and see if I needed a Dr. to come check on her. Truth to be told, an amazing experience, staff were extremely nice and hospitable. WOULD DEFINITELY recommend it

We chose the premium jacuzzi room, and it was absolutely the best decision—pure comfort and luxury! The location is perfect: just a short distance to the beautiful Rethymno town, which is truly a pearl, and also a great base for exploring many interesting spots around Crete. We have just returned from our 4 night stay and we cannot fault a single thing. Other than being absolutely beautiful with a focus on wellness, what makes Uzenie so special is the staff. Every single member of staff was attentive, kind and gave exceptional customer service. We celebrated my fiancés 30th birthday here and although we usually avoid returning to the same place, Uzenie is somewhere we could return every year. The food at the buffet for breakfast and dinner was of fantastic quality- much better than your average hotel buffet. Nothing was too much to ask for and we cannot thank you all enough for the most wonderful experience.
