Staff, foods, drinks, services, room, beach.

It was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. Nice and quiet. But with lovely atmosphere and gentle music into the evening and from 9.30am drifting up to our room from the bar. We could also experience the live music every night from the bar or even from our own balcony if we felt tired and like staying in our room. The entertainment was really good. The breakfast buffet was very good, so much choice of full English/ hot items with a great selection of continental and local Greek dishes and sauces and syrups to sample. There was bottomless refills of tasty sparkling wine every morning too. With an option of late breakfasts til 11am if you want to lay in. My daughter needed a gluten free and dairy free diet which they catered for well by labelling allergens clearly by each dish/dip/juice etc. In fact the detailed labelling and extensive choice of foods and quality made it so easy and fun and good value that we chose to eat dinner at the hotel most nights. I would definitely consider going all inclusive next time (if you have a big appetite) which would include all alcoholic drinks,snacks and local delicious goats milk ice cream which you are able to order from the free sun loungers at the beach which is right opposite the hotel and really clean and beautiful overlooking the old harbour and sparkling lights of the bay. The town itself was happy and buzzy even in late October, my teenager liked the shopping opportunities in the old town and I liked the old fort, churches, lighthouse and pretty streets. I can recommend booking the taxi from the airport with booking.com, it makes for the quickest, most luxury way to get straight to the hotel/airport on time and in comfort. I always use this facility and it takes the stress out of travelling (they track your flight so even when you’re an hour late they have been waiting with a name board and smile when you come through departures.

The family room was bigger than we expected, with enough space for everyone to feel comfortable. The balcony had a wonderful sea breeze, and housekeeping did a great job daily.

Breakfast and Dinner was fabulous, in the evening there was always addditionally a special menue the staff was exraordinary friendly and welcoming the comfort and the service was excellent we will definitly come again

The hotel is a luxurious one, the property is amazing, it is modern and well taken care of, the breakfast and dinner are perfect too. The staff, they make you feel like family and less as a guest, they took care of every single detail, my daughter got sick during the night, they made sure to stay in touch via whatsapp and see if I needed a Dr. to come check on her. Truth to be told, an amazing experience, staff were extremely nice and hospitable. WOULD DEFINITELY recommend it

Our experience at Nalu resort&spa was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is perfectly located right in front of a beautiful, clean beach—just a few steps from the room, which made our stay incredibly relaxing. The staff was warm, helpful, and always available for anything we needed. Our room was spacious, very clean, and had a lovely balcony with a sea view. The breakfast was fresh and varied, with plenty of delicious options every morning. We also loved how quiet and peaceful the surroundings were. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beachside escape with great service and comfort. We will definitely come back!

we have just finished our vacation. food, drinks and service are just 100/100 … for the first time the photo from the website is worse than the hotel itself in real life 🤪❤️thanks to the hotel and staff. already several of our friends are interested in booking this hotel on our recommendation. P.S. Wi-Fi is working well even on the beach

We have just returned from our 4 night stay and we cannot fault a single thing. Other than being absolutely beautiful with a focus on wellness, what makes Uzenie so special is the staff. Every single member of staff was attentive, kind and gave exceptional customer service. We celebrated my fiancés 30th birthday here and although we usually avoid returning to the same place, Uzenie is somewhere we could return every year. The food at the buffet for breakfast and dinner was of fantastic quality- much better than your average hotel buffet. Nothing was too much to ask for and we cannot thank you all enough for the most wonderful experience.
