Standouts: Client Service Representatives, Maro and Georgia, Vasislis(Billy), Evmorphia, Valentino (Nino), Antonia, and Tasos at Kimata Restaurant, Housekeeper Kallia, and a whole host of others. We’re currently enjoying a perfect vacation at this amazing hotel in Crete, and I can’t recommend it enough! The *service is exceptional*, the *food is delicious*, and the entire place is *beautiful, relaxing, and thoughtfully designed* to create the perfect holiday experience. We booked an *all-inclusive deal*, and it truly includes everything – from tasty meals to great drinks and *unique cocktails* served throughout the day. The location is also fantastic – just a short walk from the beach. But the real highlight of our stay is *Katerina*, who goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Her personal attention, warmth, and care made us feel truly pampered. Thank you for an unforgettable stay – we’ll definitely be back!
