On arrival, late in the evening, the management wrote a handwriting letter of welcome & two homemade cakes. The staff were polite and couldn’t do enough. The scenic room came with a private hot tub overlooking the Caldera, magical! The breakfast was made to order everyday. Lidl is 5 minutes walk away and mini market across the street. Exceptionally clean.

From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. We were upgraded to a beautiful room with a rooftop jacuzzi and sea view – absolutely breathtaking! Katerina at the front desk was incredibly kind, helpful, and gave us great tips about the island. The hotel arranged airport transfers and even helped us rent an ATV that was delivered straight to the hotel. The location is quiet yet just a short walk from Fira. Everything was clean, elegant, and relaxing.

We are leaving after 6 days at the Majestic Hotel. I must tell you about the excellent treatment we received at the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted with chilled cherry juice, the hotel manager Elleny came to introduce herself. The charming Anastasios accompanied us until we settled into the rooms for the weeks we wanted. Spacious and comfortable rooms were arranged for us since there were very elderly and disabled people with us. The treatment was excellent, and always with a smile and willingness to help as best they could. We received everything we asked for, even if it was late. The breakfast is great, there is everything you need and more. The waiters Doretta and Shamir always ask and are interested in whether you need anything else. I have been to many hotels in the world and have never experienced such personal and good treatment. If you can give a score higher than 10, then they definitely deserve it. The lifeguard at the pool, Nikos, is very kind and always asks and is interested in the guests. The girls at the reception Mariam&Sindi are so cheerful and help as best they can. The pool area is very nice as well.
