Very welcoming and helpful hosts. Exceptional room. Breathtaking views. The staff of restaurants and pool are amazing at what they do. Not only professional but very cheerful as well. The whole resort is as clean as it gets, including the rooms. The breakfast had countless tasty options. Cant think of anything that could be improved, everything was exceptional

During our stay at this hotel, we were consistently impressed with the level of service and professionalism displayed by the entire staff. From the management team to the dedicated cleaning personnel, each member contributed to an atmosphere of excellence and hospitality. The facilities stood out as top-tier, and while the immediate coastal area might not have presented the expected white rocks and sandy vistas, the hotel's pool facilities compensated impressively. What a pleasant stay this was. Beautiful hotel with stunning views and top quality facilities. We particularly liked the staffs kindness and willingness to go above and beyond for any request, and also the complementary room upgrade and welcoming drink at arrival - the bartender Kostas makes some of the best cocktails I've ever had (tried all of the signature cocktails). I've stayed at many hotels over the years, and this one beats them all. Would definately recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful hotel with amazing staff for a moment of relaxation.

What an amazing place, the staff were so helpful and friendly, they went out of their way to help out in any way they could. The location is perfect, a 20 minute walk and you are at the beach, bars and restaurants.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations! The beauty of the hotel is even more striking in person; the architecture and decor are stunning. It's impressively large, offering plenty of space to explore. The service was impeccable—staff members were friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The facilities were top-notch, with the highlight being the swimming pool, which was absolutely fantastic! We enjoyed every meal, trying out all the restaurants on-site. Each dining experience was delightful, offering a variety of delicious options. Overall, it was a perfect holiday, and I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future!

    Excellent hotel in Zante perfect for a quiet and relaxed getaway. Staff were superb throughout our stay, super friendly and helpful with everything we needed. Stamatis particularly was excellent in recommending places for us to visit from restaurants to beach bars and Kristy was great making sure we were comfortable and looked after throughout. Viktor at the bar was also great.

    A very stylish 5 star hotel. Staff were both discrete and courteous. Facilities were exceptional. the breakfast buffet was one of the most extensive we have experienced. Fpr example - we asked where the honey was located and we were taken to a whole block of honeycomb dripping with goodness and 3 separate types of honey - oak, pine and flower. The lobster dinner at the fine dining ‘Melia’ restaurant afloat the decking over the pool was magical. I rarely review hotels we have visited but this one was worth it
