A truly exceptional experience. Felt pampered from arrival to departure. Warm welcome and help with luggage with small golf electric car was amazing. Room decorated in nice modern- village style, with many small details. Luxury cosmetics, welcome note and cookies, and many other nice details. Great breakfast with local and fresh food, all was 1st class and super kind staff both in restaurant and reception. Great location for enjoying Kozlovic, Kabola and other wineries, enjoying Istria, but also visiting Venice with only 2 hours distance.

The property is beautiful, the nicest place we stayed in Istria so far. I have travelled a lot and rented plenty of nice homes, but this house has left me speechless, not to mention how Andrea and Matija were amazing hosts. Beautiful enviroment, and house it is even more beautiful than in the pictures. The room was spacious, clean, the bed was comfortable. The owner was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was varied. The swimmingpool was perfect for the whole family. If you want to relax and hiking in beautiful enviroment, this place is the perfect choice! :)

Everything ☺️ Location in the centre of beautiful Groznjan, decoration and equipment on the flat, so tastefully done but very practical. Both Lena and Nina very friendly and helpful. We loved the armchair and record player… didn’t want to leave at all.
