Really good value for our money, everything was perfect honestly, the staff is professional, the breakfast was amazing and the pool is so huge. And the fact to be able to book the spa inside only for 100krp one hour was amazing.

I love their hospitality specially Mr Fefen he upgraded my room to deluxe queen with panoramic view it was wonderful, the hotel only walk away if you'd like to do food culinary and the choice of their breakfast is quiet a lot it was a pleasant stay, thank you.

Very comfortable and luxury hotel. Location is great in the heart of Bandung. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Rooms are very nicely decorated. Rooftop bar is great, we had some good cocktails. Breakfast also really good. Later checkout was also no problem.

Staff were friendly. We arrived late in the evening and we couldn’t have our welcoming drinks until the morning, but the drinks aren’t available until 10am, but the staff went out of their way and made this possible. Excellent customer service.
