Service was impeccable and everything was as per pictures. Excided my expectations, the place was romantic, amazing design, very quite and we had an exceptional time there. Breakfast was good, but could be more "rich", for example fruit was not included and you can order with extra charge. This is the only thing that disappointed me in a very beautiful and perfect location.

Staff were friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to make our stay special. Massage ladies that came to our room carrying their tables, were the best we had in Bali, they were superb. Fabulous location - short drive to treehouse and diamond beach. Excellent breakfasts - even gave us breakfast boxes when we had to leave early for the ferry. Radha at the front desk was so friendly and accomodating. All the staff were lovely.
