ItalyWe really enjoyed staying at Tugu Malang. The property itself is stunning and the rooms are quiet and beautiful as well. Food in both restaurants is exceptional. The quality of the spa treatments is really good and last but not least: reception staff is going out of their way to accomodate all of their guests wishes. We had a few special requirements due to changes in our travel plan and John and Anita were ever so helpful and made everthing happen without batting an eye. I would book this hotel again for sure and can not recommend it enough.

CroatiaRoom was spacious, clean. Breakfast was tasty and had a lot of options. Funny thing is that on breakfast there was no knife anywhere and staff had to bring it to the table on request.
Best thing here are the staff which was very friendly and helpful to organize tour to Bromo and Tumpak waterfall. We actually extended our stay for 2 more nights.
