Five-Star Hotels in Senggigi

One of the best places we’ve been to. We stayed at the Katamaran hotel for our 10 day-Indonesia vacation. We can say that going to Lombok was the best part of our trip and we would love to go back. We stayed at rm 2006 with a beautiful pool and beach view. We had a blast!!! The staff made our stay so special and so enjoyable with the outstanding hospitality they provided! We felt so special the way they treated us. The breakfast staff has always been accommodating to us. We’ve traveled to different countries and tourists places. So far Lombok is one of our best trip! The people are super nice and welcoming. One thing I really admire is how the people of Lombok are so welcoming and very proud of their island. We will definitely go back we are so in love of Lombok!!!

The hotel is incredibly beautiful, just perfect to rest, the staff is attentive, so helpful and kind the food is excellent, I had a wonderful stay special mention for Wulan and Zura thank you for your kindness and impeccable service Amazing

What a great place to be in. The view from all around the hotel - the rooms, the restaurant, pool, gym etc is just magnificent. Restaurant is great and not overpriced. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Even though there was a renovation at the spa, we didn't really feel it that much. The beach club also works really nice, food is tasty although a bit more expensive than up in the regular restaurant.

Seven Secrets really exceeded our expectations. The location is great; it's tucked away at the end of a beautiful bay with white sandy beach and palm trees all around. The resort is small and intimate but provides all the facilities and services of larger resorts. The large infinity swimming pool overlooks the beach and there's plenty of day beds and shade, as there is along the front of the beach. The free 15 minute welcome massage was excellent and the spa facilities are top class, as is the gym. Breakfast is included and it's sumptuous. We ate at the resort every night of the seven we there and didn't nearly get through all the items of the menu. On the first night they told us that if there was something not on the menu to just tell them and they would arrange for the chef to make it. There's a good range of local, Asian and Western food and plenty of vegetarian options. The grilled seafood platter was a highlight. And then there's the cocktails...delicious, but be warned, they are strong! There's plenty of space to sit along the beachfront and watch the amazing sunsets across the water over Bali. The resort is owned by an architect and it shows. The design is gorgeous, paying a lot of attention to detail, taking the natural environment into account and making great use of the space. The rooms are huge and have big balconies with their own jacuzzi. The indoor/outdoor showers are some of the best I've ever seen. Comfortable beds and excellent stereo speakers for music. But I've saved the best for last - the staff. Gardeners, house-keeping, spa attendants, security, reception, food and beverage staff, and management were all top notch. They were friendly, professional and genuinely cared that we were having a good time. There were so many little touches and we really felt sad to leave. The location and facilities make it hard to criticise this resort, but the staff make it impossible :) Thanks everyone!

Everything was superb at the Bale Solah, incredibly helpful and amazing staff, impeccable service, luxurious rooms, cooking classes, a wide choice of food. All the activities they had was very good plus there beach club was very good. Tastefully done, very well kept, we had a good time, coming back next year Many thanks

The breakfast buffet was excellent and in-room dining was delicious. The staff were super friendly. Hotel is within walking distance to convenience stores and restaurant.

Can't say enough good things about this hotel. Food is excellent, location is great, but it's the staff that will make you want to return. Welcoming, helpful, and caring. Juni, at the Sunset Bar bought me an adapter on her day off because I'd forgotten to bring one. Ayudek at the coffee outlet brought me a special coffee her mother had ground because I'd mentioned it the day before. Everyone from the drivers to the trainees - Made at Sunset Bar - were exceptional.
