Everything was above expectations. Thanks à lot to the great staff (Amanda at réception was very helpful) for heling us out! I especially loved the beautiful Indonesian inspired but modern decoration of the hotel.

Friendly front desk staff, I’m so glad that he help us who travel in group but unfortunately some of us don’t get the booking, one of the guy on 8 Oct when we arrive around 7 pm help us to arrange the room so we all end up still stay in same hotel which is awesome for group travel like us. Also he is very helpful when we request last minute for airport transport on car free day, thanks a lot lovely peoples in solo.

The lobby was wonderful, the beds were very comfortable. The shower was very powerful and the WiFi was very good. The pool area was ok and comfortable.

The hotel was nice, maybe starting to age but well maintained. The grounds were nice to walk around or just sit and enjoy. The room was good with the bathroom well laid out. The breakfast was very nice.
