usually I seldom stay in 5 star hotel since it usually look similar in business trip, it makes me feel bored and just for sleep. however there are so many surprises during the stay here. love all the oriental interior design. the king size bed is extremely comfortable, had wonderful sleep after whole week business traveling. and the 2 pools at 5th floor and roof. with fantastic design and light in the evening, and wonderful sunshine in the morning . the staff are helpful and with kind smile. really enjoy and relax in the orient hotel. will definitely visit again with families!

The world class service, everything was high end and luxurious. Especially I would love to mention that I was in a sad mood because I came to Jakarta for a GD concert but got scammed for the tickets and the hotel understood my situation, they provided me a lot of compliments, filled my bath, made me feel better, were so nice to me.
