Genuinely caring ,knowledgeable and professional staff be they pool cleaner, head chef , concierge or manager and everyone in between have made for one of the best experiences in over 3 decades of traveling Asia. Magnificent pool, a vast array of tasty food and comfortable rooms not far from the airport (Blue Bird taxi 50k) and complimentary return shuttle to airport. I have never stayed in a hotel where the staff is so friendly, attentive, taking care of the guests and always doing a good smalltalk. Special thanks to Fernandes, the whole F'nB Team and the reception staff. You guys rock and doing a superb job.
