Our stay was amazing. The hospitality off each and everyone in the staff is increadable and on point. They are genuily interested in making our stay perfect and manage to do so. We recently had the pleasure of sleeping 4 nights at Cicada, and I must say, it was an absolutely extraordinary experience from start to finish. From the moment we walked through the door, we where greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for the entire stay. We started with a welcome drink and ceremony wich made us feel welcome. The room was perfect clean 2 times a day and free water and snacks. The view of the pool and the room was amazing. The food at Tangelo is nothing short of spectacular. Each dish is a work of art on a plate, showcasing not only culinary expertise but also a true passion for gastronomy. The menu is a delightful journey through flavors and textures, with each bite more exquisite than the last. The presentation of the dishes is a testament to the creativity of the chefs, and every meal felt like a carefully crafted masterpiece. But it's not just only the food that makes exceptional; it's the impeccable service. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. They go above and beyond to ensure that every guest feels special and well taken care of. Whether you have dietary preferences or specific questions about the menu, they are more than happy to accommodate your needs. The ambiance is another highlight. The decor is elegant and inviting, creating a perfect setting for a memorable dining experience. Hotel was just amazing. Spa was just magical, food for breakfast and dinner was excellent. Generally it exceeded our expectation. For every our need crew of the hotel was reacting very fast. Especially Reno. If I knew what how good is this hotel I would cancel all other bookings in Bali and just stay with them.

Above all, the employees are very friendly, as you can see in all the reviews. Everything is clean here because it is a new hotel. The pool is also very large and deep enough for adults. However, breakfast is just simple and not many. Nasi goreng is very delicious. It's perfect with 2 bottles of beer. It's cheap, too. The bed is huge and comfortable, and there are many large mirrors in the room and bathroom, perfect for taking pictures. I got some too. I don't know how long this price will be maintained, but it's one of the hotels to experience right now because it's so good in terms of cost-effectiveness.

Best hotel experience so far, in general, not only in Bali. Beautiful property, clean and well taken care of. The rooms are big, breakfast is good and the staff is the best. Special thanks to Aditia, Eka and Yuli from the reception, Dela for taking care of us during our lovely candle dinner and breakfast and Ketut for being the best driver, so attentive and caring during our day trip around Ubud. In general, it was a pleasure staying in this hotel!

Me and my husband spent a week there, we had a room with a bath at the balcony - it was great and it was enough privacy. The room is very clean, stylish and cozy. We enjoyed a pool at the lobby. The design of hotel is great - minimalistic with natural materials. The view to the jungle from a hotel is beautiful and peaceful, we liked it. The Campuhan Ridge Walk is really close to the location.

We had a really wonderful stay. The staff were really friendly and helpful and helped plan our time during our stay in Ubud and for getting to our next destination in Bali. They think about the details, for example the welcoming foot massage and tea was much appreciated after our long trip. The hotel is very nicely decorated. The breakfast is very good with a lot of choice. Really enjoyed the banana pancakes and the steamed banana with coconut. We also ate at the restaurant and it was also good. The free afternoon tea with Balinese cake is also a nice touch and the cakes were very tasty. Nice rooftop view too, where they also hold the free yoga classes (also enjoyed this!) We did their North East Bali tour and it was very good, the guide, Suarte(?) was really friendly and told us a lot about Balinese culture and history. We also had a massage in the spa and it was very good and a very reasonable price. We also used their airport pick up service which worked very well and was also a fair price. Overall we really recommend!

The etire stay was absolutely flawless, the staff was friendly and thoughtful. Food was excellent too. We also took a cooking class, which entailed everything you´d expect from it now I can cook Indonesian cousine in Prague.     Everything was outstanding from the Beautiful Villa with private Pool to the gorgeous Hotel Staff, the Outstanding food and nice drinks as well as the fantastic Spa and the best Massage Therapists we have had in Bali to the great Butler Service via WhatsApp and the Daily complimentary shuttles to Ubud Center. We had our second home here and we absolutely would recommend the Hotel and we will definitely come back.
