We don't usually travel at Christmas time but our daughters thought we should visit Ireland. They knew it would be the 15th trip for my wife Glenda and I . We hit the highlights in Dub and I drove us out to the Christmas markets in Galway. Coming back to the Fitzwilliam for Christmas was an excellent choice as we enjoyed superb hospitality over Christmas and St. Stephen's day. We'll be back again.

Everything:) The hotel is absolutely amazing. Staff incredibly numerous and well trained, everyone so friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotless clean and the feeling of the stay was wonderful. Room was big and comfortable. The food at the Garden Room restaurant was delicious and the serving was lovely. The entire stay was truly amazing:)

We stayed here for Our First Wedding Anniversary. The staff especially Benjamin the Concierge made sure that it was a very special stay at the hotel. We will definitely be coming back. He sorted out our parking and check in as well as organizing a table for our evening meal and he even checked us out. His attention to detail was excellent.

The hotel has a very good location, you can go by foot to any of the important places in Dublin; even the zoo is not so far, if you enjoy a 20min walk :). Also, it is modern and with a nice design. All staff we met was very professional and with good English language (some even excellent). The room was cleaned daily and towels changed. At breakfast, they have a buffet with many choices and also a short "a la carte'' menu; it is until 10:30 during weekdays and until 11:00 during weekend. The room temperature was manageable with the air conditioning and the wifi was good too.

This property is only a 10 minute drive to Dublin’s city centre. Sumptuous decor, marble bathrooms, and beautiful landscaped gardens are offered at this luxurious hotel.

Everything was extraordinary. The location is within walking distance to everything in the city centre. Room was very spacious and the bathroom was amazing. Very polite and helpful staff.

This hotel is a gem. Worth the trip. How hotels should be, alive, glamorous, ethernal, elegant. One of the nicest hotels I have ever experienced. The staff is genuinely friendly. Everybody. We had a beautiful room with a beautiful bathroom. All bars and restaurants were charming. I want to go back!

The staff were superb! Special mention to Miguel, Sarah, Gema (I think) from Argentina, Luisa for Colombia, Joy the Asian fellow and the rest, thank you for looking after us. The location is spot on! my wifey and I loved it as we could move around easily, restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets all in walking distance.
